About the Job

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for a Compliance Assistant who will be responsible for monitoring the work of our Compliance Agents who ensure customer compliance with our Terms of Service and the Fair Credit Reporting Act.

At LTV, we all work closely together across teams so there's no red tape or bureaucracy. We get things done!

What You Will Get to Do

  • Auditing the agents’ work, identifying errors, trends, and recurring issues as well as providing feedback through coaching opportunities. 
  • Answering questions the agents have regarding the potential compliance risk of a customer.
  • Review use cases provided by customers who complete our compliance review process, contact these customers to ask clarifying questions and notify them of the compliance status of their accounts.
  • Review the findings of our online audit searches and contact website owners requesting to remove unauthorized references to our brands.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Fair Credit Reporting Act, advertising, marketing, or related compliance experience preferred
  • A mastery of both written and oral communications with the goal to provide concise and clear messaging to customers and the team.
  • Paralegal experience is a plus
  • Familiarity with online subscription-based or SaaS business models is a plus
